Setting the stage.....
My Dad is at the end of his days with his fight against esophageal cancer. I plan on working upto the day I can't, take a small break and come back. I will let you know on this platform and via text when I need to hit pause. Thank you for all the support.

10/29/26 update....my Dad says he is ready but why isn't heaven? He is on stronger pain meds. Nurse estimated that it maybe upto 2 more weeks. 😥

Yes I work on all ages. There is wisdom in every body.

This week has been fun. I started off with a 94 year young woman who was looking to strengthen her legs, a whole family maintaining wellness, a couple of date sessions (that is what I call it 😊 private 30 min session with just the couple) for husbands and wives, an 88 year old man seeking more spark and endurance and this 1 month old where we balanced her digestion. PLUS a variety of men and women in-between.

I am so blessed. How does it get better than this?
