Our mission to you:
It is Little Legends mission to provide holistic, non-traditional, and comprehensive occupational therapy services to children ages 0-21 and their families. We want to create a safe therapy environment for children to hone on their strengths and build on their weakness to reach their maximum potential facilitating success in their daily occupations. Little legends Therapy is a

pediatric occupational therapy practice in Billings, MT that opened in January of 2023. We believe in creating a therapy environment where children can feel safe to build the skills, they need to be successful in their daily occupations through play and sensory motor-based interventions. We believe in a “bottom-up” approach to therapy by addressing the foundational components and filling in the holes building on them to facilitate motivation, participation, confidence, and success in daily occupations. We provide occupational therapy services to children ages 0-21 with a wide variety of diagnosis inclusive of, but not limited to, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Anxiety, SPD, ODD, ASD, developmental delay, and social skills differences. About us:
Little Legends Therapy was founded in January of 2023 by owner and occupational therapist, Tenika Capouch. Tenika has practiced in Billings since 2018, where she noticed the ever-growing need of therapy for the pediatric population in the Billings community. Throughout her experiences as an occupational therapist, she noticed the influx of mental health diagnosis being referred to therapy. Children and teenagers with differences in self-regulation, behavioral control, sensory processing, etc. Families, caregivers, and various school staff implemented multiple different strategies that were ineffective, leaving them feeling “lost” and at the end of their rope. Tenika wanted to create a therapy practice where the approach to therapy was “non-traditional”, helping families, caregivers, school staff, and patients understand their child and themselves through a different lens, restoring hope and guiding them along the way. Meet Our Staff:

💙 Happy Father’s Day to the dads, grandpas, and father figures!

Movement-based play is a fun way to connect while supporting your child’s development. Try:

1. Backyard races – Build coordination and endurance
2. Animal walks together – Support strength and body awareness
3. Ball games – Practice timing, tracking, and teamwork

The best therapy moments often happen through connection and play.

🦁🐘 A wild day of learning at the zoo yesterday! 🦒🐧

Our Little Legends had an amazing opportunity to explore, discover, and connect with the world around them during a fun-filled day at the zoo.

Throughout the day, our friends practiced map navigation skills, followed directions, problem-solved, and worked together to find their favorite animals. They engaged their senses by observing sights, listening to animal sounds, feeling different textures, and experiencing the smells and sounds of the environment around them.

Most importantly, they strengthened social skills by communicating with peers, taking turns, encouraging one another, and building meaningful friendships along the way. Every exhibit became an opportunity for learning, exploration, and confidence-building.

We love creating real-world experiences that help our Little Legends develop important life skills while making unforgettable memories. 💚

This marble maze challenges kids to use fine motor skills, think through a plan, follow multiple steps, and work through frustration when things don't go as expected. 🧒

The best part? Most kids are so focused on beating the maze that they don't even realize how much they're practicing along the way.

What looks like play is often where some of the biggest growth happens.

A few staff were out yesterday, so Josi and Tenika found themselves outnumbered by students! 😅

It's always fun to see how much our students grow throughout their clinical rotations and watch their confidence build along the way. Great job, team! 👏
