Some days holistic work looks like candlelight and quiet. Other days it looks like me answering emails at my kitchen table before my "day job" starts. Building this practice one session at a time — grateful for every one of you who trusts me with your care.

“ I always feel renewed after our sessions. For a girl who had no idea what she needed, you’ve been part of a journey. I didn’t even know I was meant to go on.”

A little reminder of why this work matters. 💛 If you've worked with me and had a similar experience, I'd love it if you shared a review — link in bio!

What is Reiki, really?
Reiki is an energy healing practice rooted in the idea that our bodies have a natural flow of life energy — and that flow can get blocked by stress, illness, or emotional strain. During a session, I use gentle touch (or hands just above the body) to help clear those blocks and support your body's own ability to heal. Clients often describe it as deeply relaxing, warm, and grounding.

A little reminder from your neighborhood holistic healer:

You don’t have to be zen all the time.

You can meditate AND laugh until you snort.

You can drink your herbal tea AND eat the cookie.

You can ground yourself in nature AND occasionally lose your keys for the 47th time.

You can be deeply committed to healing and still be a complete goofball. 😂

Balance, friends. Balance. 🌿

🍂 Fall prep is happening over here! 🍂

There’s something about this time of year that makes me want to slow down, get cozy, and get back into my herbs. 🌿✨

Today I’ve been busy making a fresh batch of moisturizer, straining a batch of herbal ear oil, and starting another batch of ear oil that will be steeping for the next six weeks. There’s something so satisfying about knowing exactly what goes into the things I’m putting on my body. 💛

And yes… I’m also fully ready for pumpkin spice everything. 🎃☕️😂

Fall feels like the perfect season to start preparing for winter—not just with cozy sweaters and pumpkin spice, but with herbs, nourishing routines, grounding practices, and a little extra self-care.

🌿 So tell me: what do YOU do to prepare for fall?
Are you an herbalist who starts making tinctures and oils? A pumpkin-spice-everything person? Do you stock the pantry, cozy up the house, or simply take a deep breath and enjoy the changing season?

Drop your favorite fall ritual below! 🍂👇

You cannot pour from an empty cup.

We hear “fill your cup” so often that sometimes it becomes just another inspirational phrase.

But what if we actually practiced it?

What if filling your cup meant:

🌊 Spending time somewhere that makes your nervous system exhale
☀️ Getting outside before reaching for your phone
🌿 Taking a walk without turning it into exercise
💧 Drinking enough water
😴 Letting yourself rest without earning it first
🫶 Saying no without writing an entire explanation
✨ Doing something simply because it brings you joy

Self-care isn’t selfish.

Your wellbeing matters, too.

And you don’t have to wait until you’re completely depleted to begin caring for yourself.

If your cup has been running a little low lately, consider this your permission slip to refill it. ❤️

A flower doesn’t rush its blooming.

It doesn’t compare itself to the flower beside it.
It doesn’t worry about whether it’s blooming fast enough.
It simply responds to what it needs and opens when it’s ready.

There’s something beautiful about remembering that we can do the same.

Today, I’m practicing gratitude for the little things:

Sunlight.
Fresh air.
A beautiful flower.
A quiet moment.
A body that keeps carrying me.
People who make life sweeter.

Gratitude doesn’t mean everything is perfect.

It simply teaches us to notice the beauty that exists alongside the hard things.

And sometimes, what we focus on begins to change how we experience our lives.

A new season doesn’t require a new you!

Maybe this isn’t about becoming someone new.

Maybe it’s asking you to come home to yourself.

To the parts of you that got quiet while you were taking care of everyone else.
To the dreams you put on hold.
To the things your body has been trying to tell you.
To the version of yourself that still knows what feels peaceful, meaningful, and true.

Growth doesn’t always look like adding more.

Sometimes it looks like releasing what no longer belongs.

And sometimes leveling up simply means choosing yourself a little more intentionally than you did before.

Here’s to new seasons. 🌿

What are you ready to make room for in this next season of your life?
