From community outings and creative projects to games, music, learning, and special events, there's always something happening at Northland PACE! 🎉

Over the past few weeks, our participants have enjoyed a picnic at the park, a day center carnival, crafting personalized keychains, a trip to the zoo, outdoor games, live music, and engaging group activities led by our interdisciplinary team.

We believe staying active, connected, and engaged is an important part of healthy aging. Every activity is an opportunity to build friendships, create memories, and enjoy life to the fullest.

Picnic season is officially underway! 🌞🧺

Today we hosted our first Participant Picnic at New Generations Park in Bismarck, and it was filled with smiles, sunshine, good food, and even better company!

🎶🍖 A Great Day Across Northland PACE! 🍖🎶

Our participants enjoyed a wonderful day filled with good food, great company, and live entertainment!

In Fargo, participants headed out to enjoy lunch at Happy Harry’s RibFest, taking in the sights, sounds, and delicious food of one of the community’s favorite summer events.

Meanwhile, at our Bismarck Day Center, participants spent the afternoon enjoying live music, singing along to familiar tunes, and sharing plenty of smiles with friends.

Whether we’re exploring the community or bringing special activities into our centers, creating opportunities for connection, fun, and engagement is an important part of what we do every day.

🎉 We’re at the Senior Extravaganza Today! 🎉

If you’re attending the Senior Extravaganza at the Rustad Recreation Center in West Fargo this morning, be sure to stop by and visit the Northland PACE team!

☀️ Another great day connecting with our communities!

Today, Northland PACE had the opportunity to participate in the RAAN Health Fair in New Salem and host a social gathering at Historic on 4th Apartments in Mandan.

Whether we were visiting with community members at the health fair, answering questions about PACE, or sharing refreshments and conversation at our social event, we enjoyed spending time with so many wonderful people throughout the day.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit, learn more about our program, and share a few smiles with us. We are grateful for every opportunity to connect with the communities we serve and help older adults remain safe, healthy, and independent in their own homes.

💙 We look forward to seeing familiar faces again and meeting new ones at our next community event!

Bismarck Veterans Library is graciously allowing us to host a FREE Informational Booth June 4th from 10-2PM. Light snacks and giveaways will be provided!
Event Details:
Northland PACE will be on-site at the library to provide information about their services. Services are based on the needs of each individual, so stop by to chat with a trained representative and see how PACE can help you!

Today is National Senior Health & Fitness Day 💪💛

This year’s theme, “Move a Little… Live a Lot!” is a reminder that staying active doesn’t have to mean doing something extreme. Small steps, daily movement, social connection, and healthy routines can all play an important role in supporting strength, independence, and overall well-being as we age.

So take the walk, join the class, stretch a little longer, dance in the kitchen, or spend time outdoors ☀️ Every little bit counts.
