Harborview Health Systems of Pierce County is a 78-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility providing short- and long-term care.

We are conveniently located in Blackshear, GA and we are a long-standing care provider for the immediate community and surrounding area. We accept referrals from a myriad of resources in the southeast Georgia region, including community-based hospitals, assisted living facilities and outpatient surgery centers.

A Little Retail Therapy!

Our residents enjoyed getting out into the community for a fun shopping trip to TJ Maxx! 🛍️

From browsing the aisles to picking out a few new finds, it was a great chance to enjoy a change of scenery and spend time together. 💙

Sweet Treats & New Favorites!

Our residents enjoyed a couple of delicious celebrations with chicken and waffles for National Waffle Day and homemade banana splits!

The chicken and waffles may have raised a few eyebrows at first, but after one bite, they were a hit! And the banana splits were so good, some even said they might beat Dairy Queen. 😂

Nothing beats trying something new and sharing a sweet treat together!

Our All Staff Meeting brought together important training, teamwork, and plenty of fun!

From emergency preparedness and safety training to a chili cook-off, s'mores, and friendly competitions, there was no shortage of laughs! A special congratulations to Ms. Christin Nelson for winning our Chili Cook-Off! 🏆

Trunk & Treat Is Almost Here!

We’re just days away from our Trunk & Treat Fest, and everyone is invited! 🎃

Looking Back at Our Summer Outings!

Our residents stayed busy this summer with plenty of opportunities to get out, enjoy the community, and make memories together!

From lunch and fellowship at Family Traditions in Jesup with our friends from Harborview Jesup to picnics and sunshine at Laura Walker State Park, Groups A and B enjoyed good food, fresh air, new friendships, and lots of laughs. 💙

We’re grateful for a summer filled with adventures, connections, and special moments together!

Over the summer, we celebrated Kim Rutland as she headed home after her time at Harborview!

We’ll miss her smiles and laughter, but we’re so happy to see her begin this next chapter. Congratulations, Kim! We’re cheering you on! 💙

Creativity Has No Age Limit!🎨

Our residents had a wonderful time letting their creativity shine with paintbrushes, bright colors, and a fun paint-splatter technique!

It was all about expressing themselves, trying something new, and having fun together. We may have a few artists in the building! 💙
