A reminder that movement doesn’t have to be miserable. You don’t have to frantically watch calories.

Progress looks like small daily practices that take you on your way. Yesterday, sunrise class led to inspired w**d pulling, to more planting, to reorganizing, to finally finishing the flower cart.
Just keep showing up to do one next right thing. Practice ✨

Whether we meet to move our bodies, to be creative💐, or we’re just out here to chat and wander around noticing all of the cats and geese and growing things - I love and appreciate every moment.
I am excited for the summer schedule: I’m hoping we can inspire enough of you to get to a class so I can keep the classes going!
Mostly I am looking forward to sunrise mornings! Wednesday Mornings 6:30am - Sunrise peaceful class (outside on the deck as often as we’re able)
To a new routine, a new commitment and seeing where that energy leads. IYKMYK

New classes - Fresh flowers - Summer mornings … & evenings!🌿☀️

We’re excited to tell you about new things coming and settle into the rhythm of this season as the start of summer approaches!

✨ Tonight (and many Thursdays this summer) you’ll find us at the Blissfield Farmers Market with our pretty bouquets. Stop by, chitty-chat, and take one home with you.

🧘‍♀️ Thursday evenings, we’ll head straight from the market to Four Keys, where we’ll be practicing yoga above the taproom. Stay after class for a drink and enjoy a summer evening on the patio.

🌅 We’re also introducing a new Sunrise Movement class on Wednesday mornings in the Garden Studio. A peaceful way to start your day surrounded by fresh air, flowers, and movement. We will be outdoors on the patio when it suits us, and can be indoors if we prefer!

💐 And this weekend, we’ll be at the Tipton Collective event with our Bloom Bar (make your own arrangements) and ready-made bouquets. Come create something beautiful or grab a bouquet to take with you.

We can’t wait to spend another summer growing, moving, and connecting with this wonderful community!!
