I’ve been teaching yoga, strength classes, and functional movement for the past 9 years or so, and the way I teach continues to evolve as I learn and grow myself. I want to create spaces where people can move in ways that support their real lives — with curiosity for learning, challenge, playfulness, and without pressure.
I also deeply believe that what we do in class can complement the things people already LOVE and commit to — whether that’s running, sports, lifting, dancing, or another movement practice. What I share isn’t meant to replace those things, but to support them. To help people move better, feel better, recover better, and stay connected to their bodies in a more sustainable way.
