Keep these contact lens care tips in mind so your eyes stay happy and healthy on your next adventure:

➡ Avoid swimming in contacts. You like swimming. Your contacts don't.
➡ Wash your hands before handling lenses.
➡ Avoid dry eyes—keep those drops on hand, especially if you're going to be dealing with dry airplane air.
➡ It's good to bring a spare pair of contacts as well as your glasses when traveling.
➡ Clean and store lenses properly every night.
