Part 2: Ankles.
If you have ever rolled your ankle, you know it can bother you for long after it is “healed”, sometimes for weeks, months, years, and maybe it even still bothers you.
That can show up as pain, stiffness, tightness, altered movement patterns, weakness, aberrant proprioceptive feedback and control, activity avoidance, apprehension, hesitation, tension or stability issues, along with many other things.
