Dr.kassiedewittotd Helping women ditch the pads + pee leaks by teaching bladder habits + pelvic floor strength that actually work.

Stability work doesn’t always need to look like you’re fighting for your life in the gym. 😂

Here I’m lying with a Pilates ball under my sacrum and working on 360 breathing + pelvic stability.

I’m breathing into my ribs, my back, and my “back pockets” instead of just letting my belly pop up.

On the inhale → ribs expand, back expands, pelvic floor lengthens.

On the exhale → pelvic floor + deep core gently engage to keep my hips stable over the ball.

And KEEP. YOUR. MOUTH. OPEN.

If you’re holding your breath or clenching your butt cheeks like they’re holding onto the winning lottery ticket…release the millions, Susan. 😂

Your breath should keep moving while your pelvic floor and deep core do the work of keeping your pelvis stable.

That’s coordination.

That’s stability.

And THAT is pelvic floor training.

Not 400 Kegels while you sit at a red light.

If I stopped having or***ms, I would immediately stop expecting my body to go from:

📧 Emails
🧺 Laundry
🚗 Carpool
💰 Bills
😵‍💫 Everyone needing something from me

…to feeling desire in 8.7 seconds.

That’s like expecting your crockpot dinner to be ready because you stared at it aggressively.

Your body needs time.

Time to feel safe.
Time to slow down.
Time to shift out of survival mode.

Because pleasure is not a light switch.
It’s a process.

And if your nervous system has been running a marathon all day, your body isn’t ignoring intimacy.

It’s asking for support.

The women having great s*x and or***ms as they age aren’t necessarily luckier.

They’ve learned how to reconnect with themselves.

For 7 years, I did exactly what I was told.

💊 Took the medications.
🏥 Had the surgery.
💪 Did Kegels until I was blue in the face.
🚽 Pushed my urine out.
💧 Drank more water.
💧 Drank less water.
🤦‍♀️ Wondered if I actually just p**ped my pants or if I was imagining it.

Meanwhile, my symptoms kept getting worse.

I was told I was “getting a head start on womanhood.”

What a load of garbage.

My body wasn’t broken.

The problem was that the people I was taking advice from had no idea how to rehab a pelvic floor.

And that’s not a knock on doctors.

I have worked with incredible OBs, urologists, and urogynecologists who looked me straight in the eye and said:

“Kass, you need a pelvic floor therapist.”

Those are the doctors I love.

The ones who understand that medication doesn’t teach movement.
Surgery doesn’t teach habits.
And neither one teaches you how to use your body.

So when someone tells me they tried pelvic floor therapy and it didn’t work, I can’t speak for what they were taught.

I can only speak for what happens inside my program.

I don’t teach from a textbook.

I teach from clinical experience, thousands of women helped, and from living in the deepest levels of pelvic floor hell myself.

By 19, I had a bladder prolapse, re**al prolapse, pain, urgency, frequency, leakage, and enough frustration to last a lifetime.

Today?

Four kids later.

No dysfunction.

No pads.

No rushing.

No planning my life around bathrooms.

No wondering if my body will betray me.

You won’t find another therapist exactly like me because most therapists haven’t lived what I lived.

I have.

And I built the program I desperately needed when I was 19.

This is the system before someone comes in here saying, “I love videos that don’t tell you anything…” 😂

BLADDER HABITS
How often are you going? Are you rushing, pushing, or going “just in case”?
Yes. It all matters.

NUTRITION + HYDRATION
Alcohol, caffeine, and carbonation can irritate your bladder.
If your body is irritated, it doesn’t function well.

POSTURE
Slouching and crossed legs compress your pelvic floor system.
Even toilet posture matters.

NERVOUS SYSTEM
No one gets a trophy for being stressed 24/7.
If your nervous system is fried, your bladder will be too.
You’re basically a raccoon on a Red Bull at 2 AM.

STRENGTH + MOBILITY + COORDINATION
Everyone wants exercises, but skips coordination and relaxation.
Loosen your butt. Breathe. Unclench your jaw. Slow down.

THE MOST IMPORTANT PART
You don’t stop taking care of your pelvic floor just because symptoms improve.

“I stopped leaking… but it came back.”
Okay—what changed? Habits? Hydration? Exercise? Stress?

This is like hitting your goal, then going right back to what got you there.

Feeling better isn’t permission to stop.

I break this down in my FREE pelvic floor masterclass.

If you want to be intimate again and have or***ms… stop assuming your desire just magically disappeared.

Because women will really say:
“I think that part of me is just gone now.”

Meanwhile their nervous system has been surviving on:
☕ caffeine
📱 overstimulation
😵‍💫 stress
🧺 9 million responsibilities
🍗 figuring out dinner every single day until the end of time
…and pelvic floor muscles tighter than airport security.

Sister.
Your body did not wake up one Tuesday and say:
“You know what sounds fun? Never wanting intimacy or an or**sm again.”

Desire changes because WE change.

Hormones shift.
Stress shifts.
Tissue changes.
Sleep changes.
Our brains become busier than a Costco parking lot on a Saturday afternoon.

And then somehow we expect our body to light up romantically after someone kisses our neck for 14 seconds while we are mentally remembering we forgot to switch the laundry.

That is not foreplay.
That is administrative confusion.

Your body needs:
✨ blood flow
✨ nervous system safety
✨ pelvic floor mobility
✨ strength and coordination
✨ healthy tissue
✨ mental space to stop thinking about whether the dog threw up upstairs

Because or***ms are not an on/off light switch.
They are more like trying to open a web browser on a computer with 42 tabs already running:
❌ overheating
❌ glitching
❌ making weird noises
❌ one more click away from total collapse

And then women blame themselves.

No.
Your body is communicating.

If intimacy feels numb, painful, weak, disconnected, or like your desire packed a suitcase and moved to another country…
there is a reason.

This is exactly why I created The Or**sm Reset.

Not just to talk about or***ms…
but to teach women how to support the FULL system behind them:
❤️ nervous system
❤️ pelvic floor tension
❤️ dryness
❤️ weak sensation
❤️ pain
❤️ strength and mobility
❤️ desire changes

Because we are absolutely not accepting:
“Well… I guess that part of my life is over now.”

Hills I will die on as a pelvic floor therapist who has no filter and used to p**p AND p*e her pants:

I experienced some of the worst pelvic floor dysfunction I have seen.

And I’ve been doing this for 10 years and have worked with over 4,000 women.

So no. I don’t teach pelvic floor rehab like everyone else.

Because I tried the Kegels.
The medications.
The surgery.
The “just drink less water.”
The fancy exercises.

And I still leaked.

I teach the things that aren’t s*xy enough for Instagram.

How you p*e.
How often you p*e.
How you drink your water.
How you breathe.
How you move.
How you respond when your bladder screams GO NOW.
How you build strength that carries over into your actual life.

Because I don’t care if you can do a perfect glute bridge if you’re still crossing your legs every time you sneeze.

I want your life to change.

I want you to leave the house without a pad.

Sleep through the night.

Wear whatever the hell you want.

Exercise without wondering if you’re going to leak.

Hear your bladder say hey, I have to p*e without responding like it just pulled the fire alarm. 😂

And sneeze without assuming your legs need to perform an emergency scissor maneuver.

This was never just about p*e.

It’s about control.

It’s being able to trust your body again instead of constantly planning around what it might do.

And I’m not interested in helping you stay dry for the next six weeks.

I want 70-year-old you to be damn glad you started now.

So I’ll take strategic, boring and effective ALL DAY over s*xy exercises that look good on Instagram.

Because telling you what you want to hear or telling you what you think you already know doesn’t change your pelvic floor.

Teaching you what you need to know does.

One of my FAVORITE pelvic floor exercises?

Leg raises.

Why?

They get your hips moving AND make them stronger.

And stronger hips make everyday life easier.

Walking. Stairs. Squatting. Getting off the floor. Carrying your kids. Running. Jumping. Not p*eing your pants when you do it.

And you don’t need a gym.

Do them in bed.
On the couch.
On the floor while watching Netflix.

Simple exercise. Stronger hips. Less leaking. More freedom to MOVE.

I would stop treating arousal like I’m still 22 years old and my body is a microwave.

Because somewhere along the way women were taught:
✨ desire should happen instantly
✨ arousal should take 14 seconds
✨ lubrication should magically appear out of thin air
✨ or**sm should show up like an Amazon Prime delivery

Meanwhile your nervous system is over here:
📋 running tomorrow’s to-do list
🍗 wondering if you thawed the chicken
📱 answering texts in your head
🧺 mentally folding laundry during foreplay

And then we act shocked when the pelvic floor and cl****is are standing in the corner like:
“Girl… we never even got invited to this event.”

As we age, the arousal process changes.
Not because your body is broken.
Not because pleasure is over.
Not because you are “too old.”

It is because blood flow, hormones, tissue elasticity, nervous system regulation, and muscle coordination ALL matter.

Things take longer to “fill up.”
Desire.
Arousal.
Pleasure.
Or**sm.

Your body is not a light switch anymore.
She is more like a crockpot.

And honestly?
That is not a bad thing. It’s a beautiful thing. Want to know how to feel s*xy and confident? Spend more time in the arousal phase. The cl****is doesn’t shrivel up and shrink. She grows as we age!

The cl****is has THOUSANDS of nerve endings that need blood flow, movement, relaxation, safety, and stimulation.

You cannot spend all day clenching your jaw, sucking in your stomach, stress-scrolling, surviving on cortisol and caffeine…
…then expect your body to suddenly transform into a sensual jazz lounge at 9:14 PM.

Your pelvic floor is deeply connected to:
❤️ blood flow
🧠 safety in the nervous system
💨 breathing mechanics
🦴 mobility
💪 muscle coordination
✨ sensation

If or***ms feel weaker…
take forever…
or disappeared like a dad at Home Depot for “one thing”…

Spend more time in the arousal phase.

Slow down.
Support the system.
Let your body catch up.

Because women are not losing pleasure.
Most women were just never taught how arousal actually works as their body changes.

For 7 YEARS, I did exactly what I was told.

💊 Took the medications.
🏥 Had the surgery.
💪 Did enough Kegels to qualify for the pelvic floor Olympics.
🚽 Pushed my p*e out.
💧 Drank more water. Then less water.
🤦‍♀️ Occasionally wondered, Did I just p**p my pants?

Meanwhile, I was getting WORSE.

By 19, I had a bladder prolapse, re**al prolapse, urgency, frequency, leakage and pain.

And I was told I was just “getting a head start on womanhood.”

What a load of garbage.

This wasn’t womanhood.

It was pelvic floor dysfunction that nobody had taught me how to rehab.

And this is NOT me crapping on doctors.

The incredible OBs, urologists and urogynecologists I know understand:

Medication doesn’t teach movement.
Surgery doesn’t change habits.
And neither teaches you how to USE your pelvic floor.

So when someone says, “I already tried pelvic floor therapy,” I believe you.

But I don’t know what you were taught.

I know what I teach.

Because I’ve helped thousands of women AND personally took the scenic route through pelvic floor hell.

Today?

Four kids later.

No pads.
No rushing.
No planning my life around bathrooms.
No wondering if a sneeze is about to ruin my day.

I built the program 19-year-old me desperately needed.

Because leaking, urgency, prolapse and pain are not your initiation into womanhood.

Common does not mean normal.
