As a mom, I am reminded how quickly these little moments pass.

As an OT, I am reminded that play is never just play. It is how our little ones learn about the world, practice new skills, and make sense of the things they see every day.

Sometimes, the most meaningful moments do not require a big plan or a fancy activity. Just a little time, a little imagination, and being together.
