Off to my first health fair today! 💜

This morning had me feeling excited and nervous… kind of like the first day at a new school. 🎒✨ I had all my things packed and ready to go, without quite knowing what to expect.

I have to say, it was so great connecting with both new and familiar faces while getting the opportunity to talk about what I do. 🫶 It truly filled my heart.

So grateful for today, for the conversations, the connections, and for this journey. 🌿✨

There was so much laughter, connection, and genuine care shared at our Self Care Social. 💜

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us, and to the amazing fellow providers who helped make the evening so special. It was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when we intentionally slow down and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

Already looking forward to planning the next one. ✨

Getting excited and getting all the little details ready for tomorrow’s Self Care Social. 💜

One of my favorite parts of creating events is putting together thoughtful touches that help the experience continue even after you head home. As part of tomorrow evening, each guest will not only enjoy an evening of relaxation and self-care, but will also leave with a little gift bag filled with a few goodies to continue nurturing themselves at home.
