We’re super exited for our next Pop Up: Step Into Summer on June 13th!

Let’s take a moment to get to know your instructor, Samantha Jay

✨ I’m a certified Xtreme Hip Hop instructor with three years of teaching experience and the founder of Step Haven, a space I created to bring energy, growth, and real connection into fitness. What started as a personal outlet became my purpose. I teach because I love helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their journey. My classes are welcoming to all levels while still pushing you to grow, and I focus on creating an environment where you can show up as you are and leave feeling better than when you came in.

✨ I’ve spent nearly 10 years working in human services and mental health, which deeply shapes how I lead. I’m a strong advocate for mental health awareness and believe movement is a powerful way to release stress and reconnect with yourself. I always say this and truly mean it… I guarantee you one hour where you can tune the world out and focus on yourself. Whether you’re coming to relieve stress, build your fitness, or try something new, I’m here to support you and help you feel your best inside and out!

This May, we’re taking a journey through movement with

✨Therlande aka Thersday is a yoga instructor, wellness curator, and creative producer whose work gently weaves movement, music, and intention into spaces of care and connection. A Berklee College of Music alum and 200 hour certified yoga instructor, her journey into yoga found her when her health took a turn and a lifestyle change became necessary. What began as a personal act of healing became a life changing practice, one that reshaped how she listens to her body and moves through the world. Through her work with Everyday Is Thursday and , Therlande creates experiences rooted in softness, honesty, and community, holding space for others to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves.

We’re excited to announce our next Pop Up: Grounded Goodness, a morning of intentional movement and connection with

Grounded Goodness is more than a just a yoga class, it’s an opportunity to soften, breathe and come home to yourself.

After our practice, we’ll stay grounded through creativity by making fresh flower bouquets 💐 A simple, beautiful way to remain present and express joy. There will also be time to connect with other sista’s in the community, share conversation & enjoy light refreshments.

✨ Aubrey (she/her) is a Public Health Practitioner and a comprehensive Pilates teacher. As founder of Brilates Body LLC, a mobile Pilates studio, she leads with the mission of making Pilates accessible to BIPOC and marginalized communities while reducing stress and empowering future selves through mindful movement and intentional breathing.
