Something new is coming to ICHOM 🌐

This July, we're launching our first Member Exchange Workshop, a new member-only series designed to move beyond presentations and create a more interactive environment for shared learning, discussion, and practical problem-solving with peers from across the global value-based healthcare community.

Our inaugural workshop on 15 July will feature Mass General Brigham, who will share how they scaled one of North America's largest PROMs programs, collecting more than 50 million responses since 2012.

Through an interactive workshop format, members will have the opportunity to explore real-world lessons on moving beyond PROMs collection toward outcomes measurement at scale, including governance, operational workflows, and adapting to evolving value-based care requirements.

Last year, ICHOM recognized Jens Deerberg-Wittram with the Michael E. Porter Lectureship for his decades-long contribution to advancing outcomes measurement and value-based healthcare around the world. His lecture challenged the community to continue pushing for transparency, accountability, and better outcomes for patients.

Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS) is continuing to push value-based healthcare forward on a global scale 🌐

In 2025, hospitals across the BDMS network achieved multiple landmark ICHOM Accreditations, including the world’s first Level 2 Accreditations in Coronary Artery Disease, Stroke, and Breast Cancer.

But beyond the milestones is a much bigger commitment to measuring and improving the outcomes that matter most to patients.
