Alpha Supported Living Services Providing support, empowering choices, and encouraging individuality since 1974

Since 1974, the mission of Alpha Supported Living Services has been to serve individuals with developmental disabilities by providing accessible residential and other support services that will maximize each person's quality of life. This mission is accomplished by:
*Treating each client with dignity, respect and full consideration of individuality and civil and human rights;
*Recognizing our employees' abilities and enhancing their growth and professional skills;
* Working cooperatively with other individuals and organizations that share our goals; and
*Developing broad-based sources of support to maintain financial stability.

Alpha is moving!

Starting on October 1st, Alpha will be in a new office located at 11109 Slater Ave NE Kirkland WA.

This new location allows us to combine our Main Office and North Creek Office into one building where we can be together under one roof working toward our mission. We are excited to continue to serve our communities from this new location!

We’re excited to welcome Angela Hult, President of the Kuni Foundation, as our featured speaker at Giving Through Song!

Angela leads the Kuni Foundation’s work to advance inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since 2020 the Foundation has awarded more than 145 grants to non-profits supporting people with I/DD through housing, employment, assistive technology, the arts, advocacy and more.

At Giving Through Song Angela will share her perspective on the power of strong partnerships between philanthropic and non-profit organizations – something that is essential to Alpha’s Work and the communities we serve.

Thank you to the Harnish Foundation for a generous grant of $50,000 to support improvements at Alpha’s Smithwright Group Training Home.

This funding will allow Alpha to replace aging flooring throughout the home, helping to create a safer, more accessible, and welcoming environment for the individuals who call Smithwright home.

Investments like this help us to maintain the homes our individuals depend on while ensuring they remain places where people can live with dignity, stability, and belonging.

Harnish Foundation's mission is to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals within Washington, Alaska and Montana, and to enrich their quality of life.
