Menopause and Perimenopause symptoms are not caused by fluctuating hormones. Period.

Hormones can reflect what’s happening in the body, they can trigger certain symptoms, but they are never the root cause.

Besides, hormones are one of most unstable chemicals in the body, they are meant to change constantly.

So why are we blaming chronic health conditions that women experience after 40 on hormones?
