She trained at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, and has been practicing medicine in the Kankakee area for more than 30 years. Dr Myint K. Oo completed his training at The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. He joined ABC Pediatrics in 1997. Dr. Naina Batish completed her training in pediatrics at Long Island College Hospital in New York. She joined ABC Pediatrics in 1997. Dr. Maria Garcia

completed her training in pediatrics at Christ Hospital (now Hope Children's Hospital) in Oak Lawn, Illinois and her fellowship at Cohen Children's Medical Center in New York. Dr. Garcia joined ABC Pediatrics in 2001.

We are lucky to work side by side everyday together, but even more lucky we call ourselves friends outside of the workplace too. We go beyond caring for you and your families inside the office…we love to show our support in the community together too.

Tonight, some of the ABC Pediatrics staff went out to support some of our patients’ and an employee’s Step Dad, Desi D, play for the Chicago Rocket Squirrels! 🐿️🧡💜

It was such a fun evening and everything is more meaningful when we get to support our families all together as a work family. Oh, did I mention the squirrels won!? Winning run by our very own DESI D! ⚾️

📣 NOW OFFERING SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS FOR SPORTS PHYSICALS!! Saturdays will have limited spots, hours will be from 9 AM to 11 AM for Sports Physicals! These visits will be completely covered under your insurance as long as you have preventative coverage, no additional fees!!

📣 Important Insurance Update – Cigna Patients 📣
We are aware that some of our patients have received a letter from Cigna regarding our contract. At this time, we kindly ask that you disregard that letter.

While our previous contract ended on December 31, 2025, we are happy to share that our new contract is now in effect, and we are still accepting patients with Cigna insurance.

There is no action needed on your part at this time. Your child’s care with our clinic will continue as usual. 💙
