This season has been a full one — and I’m grateful for it. Here’s what’s on my heart to share with you:

📋 HB 1547 Domestic Violence Awareness CE Course — A board-approved training for our licensed cosmetologists & barbers. You’re often the first person someone opens up to in the chair. This equips you to recognize and respond with care. Taught by a real clinician who loves this community.

☕ Breaking the Cycle: Understanding Your Emotions & Patterns — A brunch workshop, August 22. Come sit, breathe, and get honest about the patterns keeping you stuck — in a space held with grace. Seats are limited.

🌸 Authentically Anchored — A 4-week women’s group starting September 12, for women ready to walk in truth and let go of what’s not theirs to carry. Small group, sacred space.

🤍 Authentically Anchored — A Healing Group for Women 🤍

Are you ready to break old relationship patterns and learn how to love without losing yourself?

I’m hosting an intimate 6-week group for women in PG County, MD — Wednesday evenings, small group setting (limited to 5-6 women), refreshments, and real, honest conversation as we do the work of emotional healing together.

This isn’t your typical support group. It’s a space to slow down, be nourished, and grow alongside other women who get it.
