I had a session recently with a client I hadn’t seen in three years. The first thing she shared with me was that she wished she had listened to what I told her back then. As it turned out, it was spot on, and it would have saved her a lot of grief, heartache, and time.

I hear that comment often—at least weekly—and my reply is always the same:

“You weren’t ready then. You’re ready now.”

When your Spirit, Soul, or Creator speaks through me with what you need to hear, your brain needs to step out of the way and your heart needs to be open enough to receive it.

But brains are interesting. Most of us are wired to “fix” our lives instead of trusting our higher self and intuition.

My client knew three years ago that the situation she was in wasn’t benefiting her in certain ways, but she still wanted to try. She still wanted to have that experience.

And you know what?

She was exactly where she needed to be.

Those experiences, the mistakes, the heartbreak, the lessons—they helped shape who she is today.

Life has a way of expanding around whatever you give your attention to… so be mindful of where you place it. Focus on the good. Focus on peace. Focus on your well-being. Focus on love.

And if today feels heavy, reach out. A friend. A mentor. A family member. A spiritual guide. Someone you trust. You don’t have to carry it alone.

There is no shame in asking for help. None.

You are, and always have been, enough.

MY PRACTICE IS CHANGING

Over the past 30+ years, my practice has been built almost entirely through word of mouth—through you sharing your experiences with those you love. For that, I am deeply grateful. Every referral has meant something to me, and every soul who has found their way here has been part of that story. ❤️

As my practice continues to grow, it is approaching a natural point of capacity. Beginning in Fall 2026, I will be shifting my focus to serving those who are already part of my existing client community for individual one to one sessions.

Thursday Thoughts
“Today doesn’t have to be perfect to be good.”

Some mornings do you find yourself focusing so intensely on having a “perfect” day that anything that happens that doesn’t reach or exceed your expectation of perfection disappoints? 😢😢😢

Well, NOT TODAY!

If you are reading this you obviously have breath in your body and also the capacity to allow the day before you to unfold like a canvas of possibility rather than a limiting set of perfect expectations.

Who knows? By not limiting the possibilities of how this day shows up for you you might exceed those expectations anyway! 💥💥💥

Life Purpose is not to be confused with a J-O-B.
Life Purpose can often overlap what one does to earn a paycheck BUT if one is not passionate and blissful in their job no amount of money will create fulfillment…or a lasting sense of Purpose.
