A gravity colonic is a gentle approach that uses gravity, rather than a machine or pump, to allow warm filtered water to flow into the colon.

It’s hard to predict exactly how you’ll feel after a colonic because everyone is different.

Some people feel lighter, less bloated, or more energized, while others might feel drained..

To help set your body up for success, we recommend sticking to whole plant foods for 2 days before and at least the day of following your session (although doesn't hurt to keep that going the following day as well 😉)

Think fresh juices, smoothies, salads, soups, fruits, vegetables..

What you do after your colonic can be just as important as the colonic itself. 🌱

A few days late but..

💩 That “gut feeling” isn’t just a metaphor.

Your nervous system and digestive system are deeply connected, which is why emotional stress can directly impact digestion, motility, and how your body feels overall.

I get comments all the time saying “your body cleanses itself naturally”… and ideally, yes, it should..

But an ER doctor who was coming in for gravity colonics once told me about a patient who went to the hospital with shortness of breath and after scans it turned out they were severely backed up… with absolutely no idea they were constipated 🤔🤯

I think people underestimate how much chronic bloating, pressure, sluggish digestion, and incomplete elimination have become normalized 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm being dramatic and clearly people criticize ultra processed food too 😌
But I do find it interesting how quickly people panic over gravity colonics while everyday gut stressors barely raise eyebrows.. 🤨

Meanwhile, things like chronic stress, ultra processed foods, alcohol, poor sleep, low fiber intake, repeated antibiotics etc etc are all things we know can affect the gut microbiome and digestion over time. But somehow a gravity colonic is where people draw the line 🤷🏻‍♀️
