Reiki isn’t magic and it isn’t make believe. It’s a way of reminding us of who we are at the very essence of our being.

Reiki is the practice of coming back to yourself. It’s about allowing the mind, body and spirit to join in a space where calm and peace can flow.

Science has proven us all to be energy.

Matter is anything that has mass and takes up space, made up of tiny building blocks called atoms and molecules.

Atoms and molecules relate to energy through chemical potential energy stored in electron arrangements, kinetic energy seen in their constant motion, and thermal energy driven by temperature.

Atoms and molecules are always moving, vibrating, and rotating, which gives them kinetic energy.

You are energy!!!
