GET TO KNOW JORDAN!

"Hello :) I’m Jordan, a college student perusing nursing who is also extremely passionate about fitness. I struggled for years to find a way to move my body that I enjoyed. Group fitness has cured that in every aspect and there’s nothing more I’d want to do than to share that with others.

Outside of teaching, I keep myself busy nannying and doing schoolwork. In my free time I enjoy coffee shops, friend dates, and shopping, all the usual girl necessities:)

My passion for fitness only continues to grow. I am invested in growing my knowledge to teach others, and love having the opportunity to share what’s changed my life with other people. Hope to see you all in my classes soon!"

NEXT UP! We have ASHLEY!

Her classes are SO much fun, yet they still kick your b***y!

After graduation from USD with her Master's in Social Work, Ashley moved to Brandon with her husband Jacob! Ashley currently works as a mental health counselor at Sanford Health and works specifically with geriatric population! How amazing is that!?!

When she isn't working or at the studio, Ashley loves baking sourdough, traveling and spending time with her husband and their cat, Hazel!

Make sure to get to one of her classes soon!!

Piper has been with the studio a few months now and if you have taken her classes you know they are AMAZING!

Piper is originally from Burke, SD. She is attending college at USF and is studying nursing. She also runs track there! And she is a BEAST!

She first started attending hot fitness classes when she moved to Sioux Falls and it has really helped her with managing stress levels && gives her a mental break from school! She is excited to have you in class!!

You have seen this girl on the schedule BUT let's get to know her a little better!

Madilyn grew up in Luverne, MN - quick drive to Brandon AND she has been teaching 5:15 in the morning some days! Amazing && so dedicated to all of you!

She has her degree in Early Childhood Education from SDSU and Elementary Education degree from DSU. She also recently completed her Master's in Leadership through SMSU.

Madi is in her 6th year teaching elementary school! Outside of work and classes, Madi loves staying active, spending time with her family and friends, exploring the outdoors and traveling the world with her husband and her two doodles!

If you haven't made it to her classes yet, you don't want to miss them!! We love having her in the studio!

NEW INSTRUCTOR✨🤍 Meet Addy!
“Hi! I’m originally from Sioux Falls and currently attend Iowa State University, where I’m studying biochemistry on the pre-med track. I’ve been doing yoga sculpt for years after my mom first introduced me to it, and I instantly fell in love with the energy, movement, and community it brings. Teaching felt like the perfect next step because it combines everything I love, staying active, motivating others, and moving to good music. Yoga sculpt is one of my favorite ways to reset, recharge, and take a break from the busy pace of life, and I’m so excited to share that feeling with others!” We’re so excited to welcome Addy to the team!

-- Use the same e-mail you had for MINDBODY, if you can't remember it, just reach out and we will get you logged back in. Using a new e-mail will affect memberships and already purchased credits!
-- OPT in for text and e-mail; if we ever need to cancel a class or an instructor needs to reach out about an update, you have to be opted into text to get these!

-- Remember to add a card on file, this will affect your ability to sign up for classes!
