With the heat wave that we will be experiencing over the next several days, we want to remind everyone to stay on top of your water intake. Staying hydrated is so important to maintaining our health! Hydration is important to our blood pressure, organ health, flushing out cellular toxins and transferring of nutrients between our cells, breathing, and so much more!💦 some people like just plain water.
