The chiropractor will first discuss your symptoms and concerns with you before they begin the physical adjustment.

From there, they will use their hands to gently manipulate your joints. You may hear a slight popping sound when they do this. Just know that it isn’t the sound of your bones cracking — it’s actually nitrogen bubbles escaping the spaces between your joints!

Following your adjustment, you should feel some pain relief and have an easier time mobilizing your muscles and joints 🦴
