Our team hit the lanes in style for an amazing bowling fundraiser benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association! We may have gone in hoping for a few strikes, but we definitely came prepared to make a statement. 😉🎳

And the best part? We took home BEST DRESSED! 🏆✨

Today, we had the absolute honor of celebrating 66 years of marriage for two very special residents! 🥂💐

We transformed our private dining room into a beautiful little celebration, complete with their wedding photo board, balloons, flowers, and a special anniversary lunch. ❤️

66 years of memories, laughter, love, and a lifetime spent side by side. What a beautiful reminder that the greatest love stories aren’t just found in books—they’re lived. Thank you for letting us be a chapter. 💕✨

Please join us in congratulating Andrew Sickel on his promotion to Senior Environmental Services Director!

Andrew is celebrating 13 years with Brandywine and has grown through several roles, beginning as a Temporary Chef, followed by Maintenance Assistant and Environmental Services Director. He currently serves as the Environmental Services Director at Brandywine Middlebrook Crossing.

In his new role, Andrew will continue leading Environmental Services at Middlebrook while also supporting several other Brandywine communities.
Andrew takes pride in creating safe, clean, comfortable environments and building strong relationships with residents and team members.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, camping, and exploring the outdoors. He and his family are also passionate about rescuing birds and currently care for 25 birds, which they occasionally bring to Brandywine communities to educate and engage with residents.

Jazz brings a strong background in leadership, relationship building, creativity, organization, and community engagement. Her energetic and people-centered approach, along with her ability to connect with others, will be a wonderful fit as she creates meaningful experiences and helps foster a strong sense of community for our residents.

Known for her creativity, enthusiasm, and ability to bring people together, Jazz is passionate about creating engaging experiences that help residents feel connected, valued, and part of the community.

Outside of work, Jazz enjoys spending quality time with her son and family, volunteering in her community, and doing all things creative.

Puerto Rico Day was one for the books! 🇵🇷❤️

Doris’ family brought a little piece of Puerto Rico to us with beautiful decorations, hats to decorate, homemade empanadas, sweet treats, and non-alcoholic coquito! 🌴🥟🥥

We danced to traditional Puerto Rican music, grabbed our percussion instruments, and brought ALL the Latin flavor! 🎶💃🪘

Let’s just say… the hats were big, the smiles were bigger, and nobody was sitting still! 😂

A huge thank-you to Doris’ family for sharing their heritage, traditions, food, and love with our Brandywine family. ❤️

🦈🚨 BREAKING NEWS: SHARK WEEK TAKES A DARK TURN AT MIDDLEBROOK CROSSING 🚨🦈

What started as a wholesome activity feeding Bruce the Shark water balloons quickly turned into a full-blown feeding frenzy. 😳😂

Apparently water balloons weren’t enough… BRUCE WANTED STAFF.

Several staff members were chomped. Others barely escaped. Bruce has refused to comment and is showing absolutely no remorse. 🦈

Everyone is accounted for… we think. 👀😂

Bruce remains at large. Please use caution. 🚨🦈
