Our residents and staff came together to celebrate Alyssa and her first baby, born in June! 💛 Everyone enjoyed playing word games, sharing light refreshments, and watching Alyssa open the thoughtful gift made especially for her and the new baby—a tie blanket with a personalized message. It was a beautiful afternoon filled with joy, laughter, and heartfelt well-wishes for this growing family.

As a CNA who has been part of our team since January, Mariah brings compassion and connection to everything she does. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know our residents and hearing the stories of their past—a beautiful reminder of the meaningful relationships that make every day special.

When she’s off the clock, Mariah enjoys spending time with her boys. And if she could travel anywhere in the world, she’d choose Greece! 🇬🇷

Chasity is Westview’s July Employee of the Month! 🎉

A dedicated CNA and CMA, Chasity has been part of our Westview family for nearly four years. What she loves most about her work is our residents—taking time to listen to their stories, learn about their lives, and make each day a little brighter through her compassionate care.

When she’s off the clock, you’ll find Chasity out for a walk or spending quality time with her family (and if she were ever stranded on a deserted island, she says she’d bring them with her!).

Each day, we appreciate our hardworking certified nursing assistants who consistently strive to provide exceptional care. Your dedication and kindness truly make an impact, particularly during Nursing Assistant Week. On Friday, we celebrated with a meal featuring lasagna and breadsticks, followed by a DIY fruit pizza bar for dessert. On Monday, we enjoyed a dirty soda bar with a selection of syrups and cream, and on Wednesday, we treated ourselves to a bagel bar! Thank you for everything you do!

Our team enjoyed a sweet treat today from our Donut Wall as we celebrated National Donut Day!

We are so grateful for the hard work, compassion, and dedication our staff show each and every day. Thank you for all you do to make a difference in the lives of our residents and one another.

We hope everyone enjoyed taking a moment to indulge in a delicious donut and share some smiles with coworkers. You deserve it!

What a beautiful way to wrap up National Skilled Nursing Care Week 2026: Moments in Bloom!
Our final day was full of celebration, appreciation, and so many special memories!

We proudly held our annual Coronation Ceremony, where we crowned our wonderful King and Queen—a cherished tradition that always brings so much joy! This years king and queen are Michael Olson and Emmagene Silber!

Staff also enjoyed our “Design Your Own Pitcher Cup” Lemonade Stand with refreshing drinks and lots of creativity!

A big congratulations to Ramzee Brown, winner of our Way Day “We Appreciate You” FREE PTO Day drawing!

To top it all off, we completed our Flower Appreciation Wall, now blooming with countless flowers filled with kind words, gratitude, and appreciation for one another. Seeing it come together was such a beautiful reminder of the incredible people who make our home what it is.
