Quality rest helps your body heal, balances hormones, and strengthens your immune system. But let’s be real…getting restful sleep isn’t always easy.

Massage therapy can ease stress and physical discomfort while promoting relaxation. It does this by lowering cortisol levels (the "stress hormone") while boosting serotonin and melatonin (which help sleep cycles). Massage helps you relax more deeply, so you can actually rest. 💆‍♀️💤

I turned 40 on March 8th.

To be completely honest, I started to feel nervous about it a few months ago. Leaving your 30's feel heavy and it's loaded with a lot of reflection.

Overall, I had to come to terms with the fact that time doesn't stop and I can either go into this new decade with dread or I can relax and enjoy it. I chose the latter.

By the time the 8th came around, I was excited to celebrate this new milestone. Overall, I'd say 40 is looking pretty good! 🎉
