Worth sharing with anyone newly diagnosed with COPD or caring for someone who is.

Will and Cindy shared the many questions they had upon being diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Free COPD Support is Available

Managing COPD is about more than medications and appointments. Education, support, and knowing where to turn can make a real difference.

The American Lung Association’s free Lung Health Navigator program connects people living with COPD to registered nurses and respiratory therapists who provide one-on-one guidance, answer questions, and help patients navigate treatment options and available resources.

This is an excellent complement to pulmonary rehabilitation and other evidence-based COPD care.

Learn more at Lung.org/COPD or connect with a Lung Health Navigator by calling 866-252-2959 or visiting Lung.org/Navigator.

At Elevation Respiratory Care, we’re always happy to share trusted resources that help people breathe easier.
