We often get asked what to wear to an adjustment! And really it's not complicated and there are no wrong answers, but there are some ideas that might set you up for success.

Overall, we always suggest you wear something comfortable that moves with your body. Avoiding skirts, large jewelry, and neck ties are always a good idea.
