Today they presented our amazing Dr. Jane with a gorgeous hand knit blanket (compliments of the Nifty Knitters!) It was recently Dr. Jane‘s 100th birthday! Many thanks to you all for a great morning! We're excited to share that our very own resident, Dr. Jane, was featured in this month's edition of The Cryer! Dr. Jane recently turned 100 and in the article she reflects on a century of caring, curiosity and friendship!

Dr. Jane worked as a physician who dedicated her career to caring for older adults and helping them age with dignity and compassion. In the article Dr. Jane shares advice she got from her grandmother, "See if you can get along with people, find out what they do, find out the best in everyone and most of all cultivate friendships. Cultivate is a good word because you have no product of the world better than a friend."

A huge thank you to Rebecca and her family from wooly A- - Farm for bringing adorable Rosie and her 4-month-old baby, Fig, to visit us today! 🫏

Our residents had the best time meeting these sweet miniature donkeys. We highly recommend spending a sunny Sunday morning with miniature donkeys—it was the perfect way to brighten everyone’s day! ☀️

And thank you for the delicious gluten free donkey cookies! 🍪
