A hair stylists’s journey with chiro care 💇🏼‍♀️✨

A few months ago our patient Kylie, an esthetician and hair dresser, came to Chiropractic Spine Center because she was experiencing symptoms that were interrupting her daily routine and making it difficult to concentrate. Together, Dr. Nick created a personalized treatment plan that included chiropractic care and at-home exercises.

Today, she came in for a follow-up adjustment, and we're so happy to hear she's feeling better and getting back to doing what she loves! Kylie’s story is a typical scenario of a patient seeking chiropractic care with good results.

Today, we're celebrating our office manager, Mandy!

Mandy is an incredibly important asset to our team as she helps keep everything running smoothly. Her organization and dedication make our office a welcoming place for both our patients and our team.

Since she is usually in the back office, we thought it would be fun to share a few fun facts so everyone can get to know her better...

🍽️ Favorite place to eat: Her kitchen – she says her private chef, Dr. Nick, is pretty hard to beat! Outside of home, she loves visiting restaurants in Little Italy.
🇬🇷 Favorite memory this past year: Traveling to Greece with her family.
🎭 Hidden talent: She loves to sing and dance! Growing up, Mandy spent many years performing in musicals.
🩺 Something many patients don't know: Mandy is also a Nurse Practitioner! She shared that one of the most rewarding parts of her career is hearing patients thank her for taking the time to listen, care for them, and help them feel better.

✈️☀️ Vacation Travel Tips from Dr. Nick

As most of us are getting ready to travel this summer, Dr. Nick wanted to share a few tips to help you stay feeling your best while you’re away.

Before you leave:
- Stretch for a few minutes
- Do some light exercise to get your body moving

When you arrive:
- Set aside 10 minutes to stretch and loosen up after traveling

During your vacation, keep your body active in simple ways:
🎣 Fishing
🚶 Taking an evening walk
🥾 Hiking a new trail
🏊 Swimming
⛳ Playing a round of golf
🚴 Exploring by bike
🌅 Sightseeing on foot

If your trip is very active, make time for recovery too. The key is finding a healthy balance between activity and rest so your body can keep up with all the fun.

And most importantly, stay hydrated! Proper hydration can help support energy levels, muscle function, and overall recovery while you’re away.

Happy Birthday, Dr. Nick! 🎂🎈

Today, we're celebrating someone who wears many hats, and someone who wears them all incredibly well.

To our patients, Dr. Nick is a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated chiropractor who is committed to helping people live healthier lives.

But outside the office, his titles don't stop there. He's also a chef who enjoys cooking yummy dishes, a carpenter who always has a new project in the works, a landscaper who takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, an amazing boss who always leads by example, and a devoted father and husband who loves his family.

No matter the role, Dr. Nick brings the same passion, hard work, and care to everything he does. His positive attitude and incredible leadership skills inspire all of us at Chiropractic Spine Center.

Today, we celebrate Independence Day and an especially meaningful milestone as our nation marks 250 years since the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.

We're so grateful to be part of a community that continues to support, trust, and allow us to do what we love every day.

✨Meet Stella! ✨

If you've stopped by Chiropractic Spine Center over the past few weeks, chances are you've already been greeted by a friendly new face! We're excited to officially welcome Stella to our team as the newest member of our front desk staff.

Allow us to introduce Stella,

🤠 Originally from Kentucky, Stella made her way to Ohio to attend Kent State University, where she earned her degree in Graphic Design.
🍝 Stella’s favorite restaurant is Pepp & Dolores, an Italian restaurant located in Cincinnati, OH.
🎸One of her favorite music genres is '70s classic rock.
🕺A fun fact about her is that she loves Zumba! She found her love for Zumba classes when completing a credit at Kent State.
📖 One of her favorite hobbies is to junk journal.
🛩 If she could pick any job in the world that paid the same, she would be a flight attendant. She loves being able to have social interaction at work.
