Throwback Thursday!!

This is the pony that I begged, blew out dandelions, wished on a star, Christmas wishlist, blew out birthday candles for.

He is one special guy & he helped me become the horsewoman I am today 💚

Licking & chewing the lips is a natural physical sign that a horse is releasing tension & showing a shift from a stressed state to a relaxed state.

I am applying a pressure point to this a horse splenius muscle.
A pressure point is direct pressure on a tight muscle. It helps relieves deep muscle spasms, tightness and painful knots.

With addition of helping with range of motion, blood flow & lowering stress

Happy Monday Everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend.
My was really good, one my horses that I am rehabbing from an injury is doing so well 😇 & I got to massage some amazing horses too!
