The Butler Memorial Hospital Foundation and Auxiliary proudly supported the Obstetrics Department/ 3 Main at Butler Memorial Hospital with the purchase of additional HALO SleepSack Wearable Blankets. Designed to promote safe sleep practices, a HALO SleepSack is a wearable blanket that provides a safer alternative to loose blankets in a newborn’s crib. A HALO SleepSack is provided to take home as part of each family stay.

The Butler Memorial Hospital Foundation's 27th annual Tee Off Fore a Healthier Community Golf Outing was held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at the Butler Country Club. Nearly $80,000 was raised to support programs and services at Butler Memorial Hospital. The day included lunch, golf, dinner, and prizes.⛳️

Dress for Success 2026 hosted by the Butler Memorial Hospital Foundation was so much fun! We brought a little shopping spree straight to BMH employees! Participants loved stepping into the mobile boutique to pick out free scrubs, clothes, and fun extras. So many positive comments were shared, and it was wonderful to treat our hardworking employees to a well-deserved shopping moment. Thank you to our community partner, Dress for Success Pittsburgh, for bringing the mobile boutique, scrubs, clothing, and so much more.

We would like to congratulate BMH Foundation Trustee, Gail Paserba, on receiving the Senior Distinguished Service Award on May 13th. This award is presented by the Rotary Club of Butler/PM and the Butler Eagle. It is the most highly respected award given in recognition of outstanding volunteerism in the Butler community.

We also congratulate Ashley McCandless from United Plate Glass on receiving the Junior Distinguished Service award. Thanks to both of these outstanding volunteers for their service to our community.
