Last week, we had the privilege of hosting South Central Montana Area Health Education Center MedStart Summer Camp students for a job shadowing day.

MedStart is designed to encourage students to explore a variety of healthcare careers while learning about college life and pathways to higher education.

During their visit, students had the opportunity to shadow our medical and dental clinics and connect with team members from administration, pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, behavioral health, and more. We were honored to share insights into the many rewarding career paths available in healthcare and help inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.

We loved having these students at Blacktail Health and wish them all the best as they continue exploring their future in healthcare! 💙

Don't let injuries and illnesses ruin your 4th of July plans! Here are a few things to keep in mind as you plan your holiday festivities:

🌟 Drink water! High temperatures, alcohol consumption, and physical exertion can all increase your risk of heat-related illness and dehydration.
🌟 Handle fireworks responsibly. Follow all directions, triple-check your surroundings before getting started, and have a fire extinguisher ready.
🌟 Set up your grill in an open space away from structures, trees, and anything that might catch fire.
