Nature Classes are delayed.😕 I injured my ankle so I have to focus on getting that better. I’m not sure when they’ll be up & running honestly but I would still love to connect with other local moms to get together for other events. Reminder‼️ Nature Walks starting soon✨🩵

I know it’s been awhile but where has Spring been??🧐 I’m not about the cold this year so I’ve been waiting for the nice weather & I *think* we have may turned a corner!☀️ Keep a lookout for dates coming up within the next few weeks👀

These walks will be held on the weekends & mostly in the morning, at local trails NEAR the Cape Cod Canal🌊 These mindful walks will be geared towards kids & their families which will include connection, simple yoga poses/techniques, & an easy nature-based activity.💚 Please reach out with trail or time suggestions.🫶🏻

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will no longer be offering Open Play classes at Higher Vibe Healing Arts. Please be sure to check out their page for all their amazing offerings.💖🌸✨

This spring, I’ll be offering Nature Walks for kids & their families, at trails close to the canal. These mindful walks will include connection, simple yoga poses/techniques, & an easy nature-based activity. They will be held on the weekends, primarily in the morning, but I am always open to feedback on days & times so please feel free to reach out. Keep an eye out for more details coming soon!😎🩵🌿
