Do you see it?

Do you see the abundance you already have?

If you are seeing this, you are already wildly abundant.

If you aren’t appreciating all that already is, there’s no room for more. You’re subconsciously blocking your magnetism.

Today, I invite you to consciously connect to the abundance already within you and around you.

“Discipline & intuitive action are guiding me to stability and true freedom very soon.”

This is the subconscious rewiring message that came through today. Fear of falling back into masculine hustle has made it difficult to commit to a structured work routine that feels good.

Since leaving the corporate world, I have been resistant to structure. But I have come to realize, it serves its place in our days.

I have seen and felt glimpses of what the combination of creative expression leading with the feminine and structured discipline allow.

Now it’s time to dance with it daily. In connection with the vision.

Through your micro daily actions and kept promises to self is where BIG shifts occur.

☯️You can lead your business and your life through your softer feminine wisdom and commit to yourself and others by showing up in the capacity you can daily with a committment to a plan/strategy (masculine energy).

Discipline and consistency with following a daily structure has been the missing piece in this freedompreneur journey for me thus far and Not for lack of trying. Change takes time.

I noticed this suffered even more whilst traveling if which I started to give myself a hard time for.

This is Something to master to truly embody time freedom. To optimize impact we can make, support our values and reduce energy leaks.

Do you know where you’re sailing your ship?

Do you know why you are doing what you’re doing?

Is it leading you where you desire? It feels so good to have clarity.

Having clarity AND a vehicle to make the bigger vision happen is key to taking action and calling it forward. That and nervous system regulation of course. Without both, your ship gets lost at sea.

For me, that was overthinking, burnout and paralysis. Burnout from hustle culture leading to nowhere I really wanted to be. And paralysis from taking a leap toward anything I actually desired. Caught in a space of wanting more.

More time. More fun. More friends. More success. More energy. More expression. More money. More freedom.

What more do you desire?

The last few years have been a time of slowing down for me. A space where I thought I needed to do more to be more, but the world served me what I needed. Time to dig deep. Space to do the inner work. The committment to healing to thrive. Space to honor that promise. To serve myself & others better.

In this time of deep cleansing, compassion, learning and self-reflection, the vision and why have become crystal clear.

My soul in this physical carnation is here to lead the way to what is possible and available to all of us. Yes, that means you too. The pain has been gifted to me to serve in sharing the light.

If you are dancing in the dark, You are not meant to stay there. You are meant to rise. So keep going.

This path continues to connect me to the aligned next step. It will do the same for you.

So I ask you to ask yourself, what more do you desire? Are you sailing your ship to a destiny you have always dreamt of?

Feed your soul.

Feed it with love.

Feed it mentally. Physically. Spiritually. Emotionally.

Feed it energetically.

For everything is an energy exchange.

When there is a gap in the flow, there is an imbalance in the energy.

For me it was travel. Travel is the adventure that breaks up the mundane of life.

Energetically I was in a trauma bond with my relationship to my self, money and others and what that gave me permission to experience.

When you nourish these relationships with love and compassion. The connection deepens. And life lightens.

The power of visioning. ⚡️

If you can see it, you can create it.

This is proven in so much spiritual work like the work of that bridges the gap between science and spirituality.

His work emphasizes the power of the mind and bringing the heart and mind into coherence to create the reality you desire.

I have been implementing his work into my personal Breathwork practices (of which I also facilitate for others), that allow you to align with and create the emotion while you visualize what you desire in the future. Allowing you to manifest it and make it reality.

9 months ago in my Breathwork journey with one of my previous mentors .phelps led me to manifesting the reality I am currently experiencing now.

Being intentional with your self care and business creation is what can optimize your life and make your dreams a reality. I have held onto this vision and little did I know it would be through my next investment in myself and my business that has led me to Bali. Playing in the field of 5D and playing with life to create what was only a dream months ago.

What is it?

Take a moment, and really ask yourself what is priority in your life right now?

It’s easy to get distracted by the small things that honestly, don’t even matter.

It’s also easy to be weighed down by the struggles of what may be current in your life right now too. I get it.

It’s difficult when you feel like there isn’t a way out. I’ve always been on the struggle bus. Until I started doing the inner work.

For me, that’s how I felt running my brick & mortar business and honestly, all my life in this system of hustle culture. No way out. As an employee or a small business owner.

I saw my grandparents live happy and successful lives running Heartled businesses. I also saw them lose everything they saved for retirement in their 401ks due to fraud. Leaving them with nothing.

This reality hit me hard. Even if you do have a plan, it can be taken away from you.

And here I was, with no way to get ahead to even start saving for a retirement due to college debt. Which is why I decided to go all in with this vehicle.

It’s important to understand, we can change what is possible for ourselves and break through our own limiting beliefs with the right tools and support. There is nothing wrong with you, it’s what’s been wrong with our culture.

If you aren’t aware of what is holding you back, no matter what you choose you will always keep yourself stuck.

Your success and joy are all created internally before they can be received and appreciated externally.

I didn’t learn this until after I was 30…

Now I realize It’s all a game. A game we get to choose how to play.

Commit to yourself and do the inner work. Choose yourself & build your legacy by going all in with the right vehicle to take you there.
