This is a variation of the Healthy Banana Cookies recipe. They are a great alternative to granola bars!
Ingredients
12 servings
* 3 very ripe bananas
* 2 cups rolled oats
* 1 cup raisins
* ⅓ cup plain yogurt
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. �
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add oats, raisins, yogurt, and cinnamon. Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes. �
3. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets. �
4. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.

💊 What NOT to Take Your Pills With
Not every drink is a good match for your medication! 🚫🥤
When taking pills, water is usually the safest choice. Some drinks can change how a medicine is absorbed or how it works.
⚠️ Be careful with:�🍊 Grapefruit juice — can interact with many medications�🥛 Milk & dairy drinks — may reduce absorption of certain medicines�☕ Coffee & energy drinks — caffeine can interact with some medications�🍷 Alcohol — can increase side effects and may be dangerous with certain medicines�🍵 Green tea — may affect some medications�🥤 Cola/soft drinks — may interfere with certain medicines
💧 Best rule: Take your medication with a full glass of plain water unless your pharmacist or doctor tells you otherwise.
And remember: Never stop or change a medication because of a food or drink interaction without checking with pharmacist.
