One of the most common questions we hear is: "Should I use ice or heat?"
The answer depends on what's going on in your body.

β’ Acute pain within the first 48β72 hours
π₯ Heat is often better for ongoing aches and stiffness
β’ Tight muscles
β’ Chronic pain
β’ Reduced mobility
β’ General muscle tension
Using the right therapy at the right time can help reduce discomfort and support recovery.
A simple rule of thumb:
