Hometown: Washington Township, NJ 📍

Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: A veterinarian.

Q: What’s your favorite/the coolest vet med procedure you’ve assisted with?
A: I've assisted in a lot of surgeries. They’re all so cool!

Q: Do you have any pets? If so, what are their names?
A: I have 3 dogs and 3 horses.
Dogs: Skylar, Gemma, and Sierra
Horses: Jasmine, Dakota, and Theo

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
A: Italy! Because of my family heritage and, of course, the amazing food 🍝

Q: What is your favorite TV show/movie?
A: Inception / Your Friends & Neighbors

Q: What do you like to do for fun/what hobbies do you have?
A: I like fishing, s***t shooting, and riding horses. I also love spending time with my dogs, horses, husband, family, and friends. I enjoy working on my animal keepsake side business, Sterling Keepsake.

A Paleontologist

What’s your favorite/the coolest vet med procedure you’ve assisted with?
Favorite was assisting to treat a foal with NMS, it's so rewarding to see them recover from it.

Do you have any pets? If so, what are their names?
A dog named Moose

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I've always wanted to go to New Orleans for the food scene, live music, and history.

What is your favorite TV show/movie?
Favorite show is the X-Files and movie is The Lost Boys

What do you like to do for fun/what hobbies do you have?
I love to cook and try new restaurants, on nights in I'll be curled up with a good horror novel. I also love going to concerts and seeing live bands.

Welcome back to ! This week, we're turning the spotlight toward one of our Imaging Technicians, Lydia Varga!

Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: A Dairy Cow Farmer 🐄

Q: What’s your favorite/the coolest vet med procedure you’ve assisted with?
A: I’d say one of the coolest procedures I’ve assisted with was helping one of our surgeons inject stem cells into a patient’s front feet. Months earlier, I had helped with his MRI that diagnosed the cause of his lameness. Following the case from diagnosis through treatment and watching him return to soundness has been really rewarding.

Q: Do you have any pets? If so, what are their names?
A: Not at the moment, but hopefully lots of them someday!

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
A: Paris, France! Or anywhere tropical!

Q: What is your favorite TV show/movie?
A: I love the show The Rookie and my favorite movie is Secretariat.

Q: What do you like to do for fun/what hobbies do you have?
A: I love going to the beach, and spending time in nature. I enjoy some thrifting occasionally.
