All ages are welcome! Groups will be divided based on experience and ability level.

How To Sign Up:

2️⃣ Search Personalized Functional Training Center
3️⃣ Register as a user
4️⃣ 3 or 6 sessions: Tap Memberships (bottom right) pick your time & sign up
5️⃣ Per session: Tap Timetable, choose classes, pick your time & sign up
