When we schedule a phone appointment for a specific day and time, I put that appointment on my calendar, and I expect you to do the same! 🗓️

I set aside that time specifically for YOU. That means I’m prepared, I’m available, and I’m ready to give you my undivided attention.

I schedule my calls back-to-back throughout the day, so when someone doesn’t answer at their scheduled time, it’s not always as simple as calling them back whenever they’re available.

I respect your time, and I simply ask that you respect mine in return. 💗

Helping facilitate an insurance claim and being responsible for processing that claim are two entirely different things.

As your insurance agent, I’m always happy to help where I can, but I don’t work in the claims department, nor do I have access to their internal processing systems.

There’s a difference between helping you with your insurance and being the insurance company. 😊

✂️😂 Just because you CAN… doesn’t mean you SHOULD!

Sure, you can hop online and purchase health insurance all by yourself. Just like you can grab a pair of kitchen scissors and give yourself a haircut. 🤣

But sometimes, doing it yourself can cost you a whole lot more than you bargained for!

Health insurance isn’t one-size-fits-all, and the cheapest option isn’t always the best option.

That’s where experience matters. 🙌🏼

I’ve spent nearly 8 years helping people navigate their health insurance options, understand what they’re purchasing, and avoid expensive surprises.
