This May, the Mount Auburn Hospital OB/GYN department recognizes Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPI). We were honored to recently have our fantastic midwife Amy Goh present her research regarding American Asian patient birth experiences and outcomes for our department grand rounds.

In honor of Black Maternal Health week - it was a beautiful day to stand up for midwives in the state of Massachusetts! So inspiring to be a part of Midwifery Advocacy day at the State House!

This past weekend we had the chance to gather for our first midwifery retreat since COVID times at a beautiful New England beach. It was an amazing opportunity to build connection, combat burnout, and support this amazing group of midwives so they can continue to care for patients many years into the future! Big thank you to those midwives who were working at the hospital to make this possible ❤️
