New gadget for my massage practice!
I am stoked to use my head rest.
I stretch nearly every client, but this will allow some more controlled movement and better access to the scalenes, SCM, and even back of the neck 💪🏽 💆🏽‍♀️

Like , I will be adding pelvic floor therapy to my offerings.

For consistency in mine and practice-and respect to the work, pelvic floor will be offered in 3 sessions as an introduction to the modality.
