This past weekend, magic happened. Real magic — the kind that shows up in shared laughter, in tears released, in the quiet moments when a room full of souls settles into stillness together. 🌙
I've dreamed of hosting a retreat like this for so long, and to finally watch it come alive was beyond anything I could have imagined. We laughed until our sides hurt, we healed, we connected, and we walked away as a little soul family. 🦋

Harvested a 2nd batch of mullens from our 1st year mullens and collected the flowers from the 2nd year mullens that are currently drying to make ear oil. I even had a cute helper today.

🌿✨ **Forest Medicine Is Calling...** ✨🌿

Yesterday I harvested some 1st year mullens that I will be drying and making some rolled mullen for deconstruction and lung support.

The 2nd years mullen will be tall and have lots of seeds. Stay tuned as we watch it grow.
