A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined us for our Kombucha Class today! 💛

It was wonderful hearing so many of you say that you learned far more than simply how to make kombucha. We explored the importance of gut health, the benefits of fermented foods, and how these traditional foods can support our overall well-being.

Together, we made lemon-ginger and blueberry kombucha while sampling many other delicious flavors. The great conversation, shared knowledge, and enthusiasm made the class truly special.
