Cooking with Heather & Christina! 🍽️💚🧡

Our recent Cooking with Heather and Christina class was a huge hit! Residents came together to make two delicious, no‑bake, protein‑packed energy bite recipes — the perfect healthy treat to fuel their day.

The kitchen was full of laughter and great conversation as everyone mixed in wholesome ingredients like whole‑grain oats, creamy nut butters, and nutrient‑rich chia and flax seeds.

Everyone had an absolute blast creating these together, and they’re still talking about how much they enjoyed sharing their handmade healthy snacks with family and friends. 😁

Community Potluck! 🍽️✨

Last week we enjoyed a wonderful Community Potluck, and our theme — “Childhood Favorites” — did not disappoint! From fried chicken to green bean casserole to creamsicle cheesecake, residents brought all the nostalgic comfort foods we love.

Such a fun and delicious way to kick off the summer together! 💚🧡🌞
