This week, we are excited to shine Employee Spotlight on Tim Leear, Bedrock’s BHT Manager!

Tim’s story highlights the gifts of sobriety that come through working continously on his recovery. Tim has shown in his own journey that hardwork, dedication and consistency can lead to positive outcomes in both his personal and professional life. Since joining Bedrock as a BHT, Tim has showed up and supported his peers and patients while helped him work his way up to manager of the BHT department. Tim works closely with his team to ensure NER’s values and expectations are practiced while providing exemplary patient care.

This week, we are excited to shine our Employee Spotlight on Casey Connolly, Bedrock’s Director of Nursing!

Casey’s journey with Bedrock is a true example of dedication and growth. Starting as a floor nurse, Casey worked her way up through hard work, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to both our patients and staff. Today, she leads Bedrock’s entire nursing department and continues to make a lasting impact across the organization each and every day.

Her ability to support her team, step in wherever needed, and lead with both professionalism and heart does not go unnoticed. Casey consistently goes above and beyond to ensure quality patient care while fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff.

To make this week even more special, Casey is also getting married this week!
