I hope the day has found you kindly. I am excited to say that this post (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/18Ccu6jwcu/) has drummed up quite a bit of interest! We are looking for 2 more couples for a dinner later in August. Around the week of the 24th.

I will leave a few more pictures to leave your taste buds tantilized and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

✨ Calling all romance nerds, food lovers, and kindred souls... ✨

What if date night became something more?

Imagine arriving to candlelight, handcrafted cocktails, warm sourdough fresh from the oven, and a table where strangers quickly become friends.

No loud restaurant.
No rushing through dinner.
No phones at the table.

Just four couples, gathered around one table with your host and hostess, sharing an unforgettable evening of exceptional food, meaningful conversation, and the stories that remind us why love is worth celebrating.

🍸 Begin with a smoked salmon cucumber bite and an optional Smoky Paloma Margarita.

🍞 Break bread with two-day cold fermented sourdough and garden herb compound butter.

🥗 Enjoy a vibrant strawberry balsamic kale salad with fresh berries, citrus, fennel, toasted macadamias, and house-made strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.

🥩 Then choose your adventure:
• Grilled Steak
• Fresh Island Fish
• Charred Cauliflower or Mushroom Steak (vegan), served over quinoa pilaf
..all accompanied by bright chimichurri, garlic lemon mashed potatoes, and seasonal roasted vegetables.

🍰 End the evening with house-made tiramisu, an optional Chocolate Rum Heaven cocktail pairing, and a handcrafted dark chocolate chewy caramel finished with smoked sea salt as one final gift from the chef.

Throughout the evening we'll gently guide conversation with thoughtful prompts about love, resilience, adventure, and the moments that have shaped our lives. There is never any pressure to share—only an invitation to connect.

Valentine’s Day at Dragonfly Healing Farm

This Valentine’s Day, we invite you and your partner to step away from the crowds and into an intentionally intimate evening designed to nourish both body and soul.

Join us for a candle-lit, chef-curated dining experience where love, connection, and island hospitality take center stage. This is a night meant to be savored slowly — beautiful food, meaningful conversation, and the feeling of being truly hosted.

✨ The Experience ✨

Guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner featuring locally inspired cuisine and your choice of entrée:

🦞 Lobster Ravioli with fennel cream sauce
🍗 Classic Chicken Parmigiana
🥩 Local Ribeye or New York Strip with chimichurri

All entrées are accompanied by roasted seasonal green vegetables, a bread and salad course, a plated dessert, two curated drinks per guest, and a sweet chocolate kiss from the house 💋
