Kennetha may be new to the crew, but she has hit the ground running! She has been learning the ropes at lightning speed and has already become an absolute asset to our daily operations. Beyond her amazing work ethic, she has brought a beautiful, radiant energy to the front desk. Kennetha, you are such a light in this office, and we are so lucky to have you!

Talk about dedication! Greg has shown us all what true leadership and resilience look like. Even after a recent car accident, he has been available for his team, day in and day out, with total commitment. Greg, your work ethic and loyalty to this office are unmatched. March Star of the Month: Brittney! 🌟✨⭐️

We are so excited to celebrate a true pillar of our team this month. Brittney has been with us for nearly 6 years, and it’s hard to imagine the office without her. Whether she’s assisting in procedures or managing a chaotic afternoon with Dr. Dent, Brittney defines what it means to be loyal and hardworking. She has that rare “superpower” of being able to lend a helping hand to others even when her own hands are completely full.

Meet the man behind SDENTS (and the volleyball net! 🏐)

We are so proud to have Dr. Dent leading the way here in Carlsbad. A Texas A&M Aggie with a background in Biomedical Engineering to San Diego in 2005 and hasn’t looked back since! 🌊

As the owner of SDENTS and our Board-Certified Otolaryngologist and Division Chief at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, Dr. Dent is an expert in all things ear, nose, and throat. But when he’s not at the clinic or the surgery center, you’ll likely find him:

🏐 Spiking balls on the beach volleyball court.
⛺️ Camping under the stars.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Making memories with his family.
