Founded in 1978 by James Hay, M.D., North Coast Family Medical Group has grown over the past 40 years and has become one of the most recognized and respected practices in San Diego's North County. Flu season is on its way, and now is a good time to plan ahead.
Annual flu vaccination is recommended for most people ages 6 months and older, ideally by the end of October. Adults 65 and older should receive one of the preferentially recommended flu vaccines when available.

Flu vaccines are available at pharmacies throughout North County. Most accept walk-ins or same-day appointments, so booking is usually quick. Contact your local pharmacy to find a time that works for you.
