Here are some great food sources of protein!

To build muscle and promote proper tissue recovery, athletes need 1.6-1.8 g/kg of body weight per day.

Example:
A person weighing 150lbs=68kg
1.6g x 68kg=108g of protein
1.8g x 68kg=122g of protein
